| Investment Philosophy | AMBDA is an income oriented fund, which invests primarily in a portfolio of Islamic debt securities. It is structured to earn income on a regular basis and to achieve capital appreciation through flunctuation in market yields of Islamic debt securities. The investment portfolio of the Fund comprises securities which has been classified as Shariah compliant by the Shariah Advisory Council of the Securities Commission. For securities which are not certified by the Shariah Advisory Council, the Shariah Committee Members of the Fund will determine whether the securities are Shariah compliant for investment by the Fund. |
