8.00 SEN GROSS INCOME DISTRIBUTION FOR
AMB DIVIDEND TRUST FUND
(AMBDTF)

KUALA LUMPUR  :- Amanah Mutual Berhad (AMB) is pleased to announce an annual gross income distribution of 8.00 sen per unit for AMB Dividend Trust Fund (AMBDTF) equivalent to a net income distribution of 7.95 sen for the financial year ended April 30, 2010.

AMBDTF was launched on June 6, 2006 with a par value of RM0.25 and an approved fund size of 800 million units.

The investment objective of the fund is to provide investors with a regular income stream and to attain medium to long-term capital appreciation through investing in high (and potentially high) dividend yielding equities (including foreign equities).

The income distribution statements will be sent to all AMBDTF unit holders no later than June 30, 2010.

AMB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) whilst Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) is the ultimate holding company of AMB.
