| Asset Allocation | • 90.0% to 99.5% in equities • 0.5% to 10.0% in liquid assets This investment portfolio enables the reduction in tracking error for the AMBILTF. Any excess in liquidity should be regularized within a period of 1 month. However, the minimum level of liquid assets to be maintained may be reviewed from time to time with the approval of the Investment Committee upon consultation with the Trustee. The equity allocation may be reduced to below the minimum levels indicated at the discretion of the Manager only during exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances would include situations:
