| A | Investment Confirmation Statements will be issued and sent to Unit Holders who have completed the full payment for the Units purchased to confirm the number of units subscribed. |

| A | For application to purchase/subscribe which is made either directly through AMB or AMB distributor, an Investment Confirmation Statement will be issued fourteen (14) days upon acceptance of the application and full payment. |

| A | The Unit Holder has to notify AMB or the respective distributor in writing to request for a replacement. |
